Kamala Harris delivers biggest speech of her career

Kamala Harris has formally accepted her nomination because the Democratic presidential candidate, in the course of the greatest speech of her profession.

Speaking on the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, the US Vice-President stated electing her would “chart a brand new means ahead”.

Ms Harris’s speech acquired a stand ovation and prolonged applause.
