High-speed chase between navy and drug boats

Fifteen folks have been detained after the Mexican Navy seized 7,200kg of medication, in two separate high-speed chases on 23 August.

In a press release, Mexico’s authorities stated the seizure of “presumably cocaine” was the most important captured throughout their administration.

Footage launched by the navy reveals how the operations came about off the coast of Mexico within the Pacific Ocean.

The first was positioned close to town of Manzanillo and the second close to Lazaro Cardenas.
