A fierce thunderstorm swept by southern Minnesota on Monday evening, chopping energy to tens of 1000’s throughout the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-Saint Paul.
After essentially the most intense a part of the storm, hanging pictures emerged that includes vivid skies with rainbows framed by dramatic lightning strikes.
