Three males have been charged with homicide after an inmate died at a jail in Leicestershire.
The 31-year-old man, who has not but been named by police, was discovered unresponsive in his cell at HMP Fosse Way on Tuesday and was pronounced useless on the scene.
Leicestershire Police mentioned prisoners Shaan Karim, 38, Thierry Robinson, 21, and Ashirie Smith, 18, had all been charged with homicide and had been remanded in custody to seem at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Three different males, aged 27, 28 and 35, have all been launched underneath investigation after beforehand being arrested on suspicion of homicide, the drive added.
